Attended my convocation last Friday and it was a rather tepid affair as I was much less emotionally charged than most of my peers. The ceremony was as entertaining as watching my gothic nail polish dry and it probably made me do what I did. Unlike the thousands of graduands who "pose" for their stage photo, I did something which no one had the balls/guts to do - by giving the metal horns! Hell yeah!! At least my photo is different from everyone else, though it did drew some gasps and laughter when I did it. My mum is not very proud... See for yourself!!
Missing: Both my sisters, Angelia and Pauline, I won't forget you!!!
Rayzor's Rock-amendation: The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony was played on my dad's taxi on my way for the event, how apt! But this weekend's Singfest 08, last year's one rocked my socks off literally and so I expect this Saturday to make my money worth!! This is just one of the bands I'm dying to watch and seeya at Fort Canning Park!!!

It truly summed up the events that ensued since I finished my studies, to my moving house, job hunt and eventually landing a job offer. Yes, thank God, thanks to everybody who supported and encouraged me, I got a job offer! However, my initial euphoria was shortlived as I need to get a driving licsence to start my training with SIA. But I'm gonna continue to trust God and believe that everything happens for a purpose, His purpose.
Rayzor's Rock-amendation: From the quote of a woman of God, I shall recommend a new found woman of rock! Anna Tsuchiya hails from the land of the rising sun and she simply rocks!! Not since the days of Aikawa Nanase did I tune in the J-rock spectrum of music. She shot to fame with NANA's movie soundtrack and has impressed me with her music, voice and looks!!!
