My life has been unfolding like a Ch8 soap series. Exciting ups were interspersed with moments of depressing downs. Right now, things took a dramatic turn when I received news that I can start my new job in Sept! Will be hanging out in the east after a near 10-year hiatus since my secondary school days!!
Thank God and this journey of faith is nothing short of amazing: - More than 20 resumes sent, but only 4 companies replied - largely due to my not-so-gd degree, stiff competition from everywhere - gone thru 5 rounds of tests and interviews for this job - received offer but can't start work immediately due to not having driver's license - faced uncertainty of getting this job - pressure to get a driver's license - feeling the pinch on my and my parents' pocket
However, God is ever so faithful to rewrite the script and i'm still reeling from the pleasnt twist in the tale. Still there's more challenges ahead, but the lessons learnt so far can only make me stronger! It's not only a great way to fly but also the way to fly great!!! (tongue firmly in cheek...)
Rayzor's Rock-amendation: This indie rock band caught my attention first when they were signed to a famous metal label, and it proved to be a wise decision as these guys as as catchy as hell! Making big waves in the UK, their uplifting and rock-alicious number will even please some metalheads like me.

I have started to play a miniscule part in contributing to lower Singapore's GDP since May. But I dun give a damn abt that, heck societal patterns! Before u readers began to think I'm happily sipping vodka and just conjuring blog ideas, the answer is Hell NO! I've been fruitfully occupied at home doing house chores, babysitting my yr-old nephew on weekdays, attending driving lessons, catching up with friends and working out!! I'm also looking for part time jobs and u know wat to do right? HAha...
Thank God also for passing my Basic Theory Test today!!!
Rayzor's Rcok-amendation: Thought it was a crap song till I tried playing it on Rock Band. This pulsating number is so heavy it will make Linkin Park sound like the Bee Gees! Also, the superb video is strangely disturbing...
